Our reception is from 6pm - 10pm. We want you to stay, eat, dance, and celebrate with us for as long as possible. We would love for you to send us off into our lives together at 9:45pm.

💍 The Ceremony

Late Afternoon

Our moment where we’ll exchange vows in an intimate setting. This special moment marks the start of our journey together, and we’re grateful to everyone for celebrating it with us.

🍹Cocktail Hour

While the wedding party and family take pictures, feel free to compete in minigolf, connect with friends, and grab a drink. Believe us, we want to celebrate with you as soon as possible.

🎈Reception Starts

6:00pm

Let the party begin! Please get some good food and celebrate with us. The Bride and Groom can't wait to mingle with everyone who is attending.

📢 Starting Lineup

7:30pm

We love sports, and want to do something silly to kick off the activities for the night. We would love for you to be loud, obnoxious, and laugh as we announce our wedding party with a “Starting Lineup”.

🍰 Cake Cutting

7:45pm

Join us for a sweet moment as we cut our wedding cake, symbolizing the start of a lifetime of shared joy. A slice for everyone will be served shortly after.

Please join us by the dance floor as we do a Mother/Son, Father/Daughter, and share our first dance as a married couple. It’s a moment we’re thrilled to share with each of you.

The dance floor is open! We invite everyone to join us in celebrating with music and dancing. The music in the first hour is for everyone. Let’s make this a night to remember!

The night is still young! Continue to enjoy the dance floor, good company, and throw it back as we keep the energy high. As it is later in the evening, the music will become more club like and may be inapropriate for some. Please feel no pressure to stay if it's not your jam.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What date should I RSVP by?

    Please RSVP by June 18th. We need to provide final numbers to vendors 30 days before the wedding and this gives us time to make the final list.

  • Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

    The Ceremony will be outdoors in a shaded area. Water will be available at all times. The reception will be indoors with a outdoor patio.

  • What is the dress code for your wedding?

    We encourage our guests to dress their best! Suits and floor length dresses are recommended. Please refrain from wearing casual clothing. Dress code is cocktail formal. The wedding party will be wearing black, white, grey, and forest green.

  • What time should I arrive?

    Our ceremony will begin promptly at the time stated on the invitation. Arrive no more than 15 minutes early. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until the ceremony is complete. The reception / cocktail hour will start at 6pm and all guests may attend at this time. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring we have our special moment, uninterrupted.

  • Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

    Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

  • Am I allowed to bring my children?

    As much as we love your little ones, with the exception of our immediate family, we will not be allowing children at the ceremony or reception.

  • Can I take pictures?

    Our Ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographer and videographer are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. Please keep any personal cameras or phones put away until the reception.

  • Where should I sit?

    The ceremony will have marked reserved seating in the first row or two for immediate family. The reception is open seating and the wedding party will be seated at the head table.

  • What time does the reception end?

    Our send off will be at 9:45pm and we hope you are able to stay through this moment with us!

  • What is the wedding day itinerary?

  • Is there an open bar?

    We will have a hosted bar. This bar will have alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (for those in need of a diet coke).

  • Where should I stay?
